Please ensure you read and fully understand them before booking any Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic treatment.

  1. Appointments and cancellations
    • All therapists at Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic are trained and approved under the company’s treatment protocols. Therefore Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic does not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse or therapist.
    • If you cannot attend your appointment, don’t hesitate to contact the clinic where your appointment is booked for 48 hours before your treatment. We must know that you wish to cancel by the day before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before the initial day results in either the treatment loss from your value pack or the deposit will be redeemed equal (minimum £30).
    • Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance to complete the necessary paperwork. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, should we cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
    • Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required before your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in the cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged. Please note that it is the hair removal laser client’s responsibility to shave the area to be treated by laser two days before their treatment failure to shave will incur a charge of £30.
    • Another adult must accompany any client who requires treatment and bring a child with them to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will cancel the treatment and lose the value pack treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.
  2. Courses of treatments
    • All purchased courses must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment and finished in a year (the course of 6 sessions) or 18 months (the course of 9 sessions). Named Unlimited laser courses are a maximum of 48 sessions and are subject to a three-month non-medical gap between the sessions.
    • We have a no-refund policy; treatments are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charge for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
  3. Liability
    • Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods and services to the client.
    • The client’s responsibility is to ensure that they provide Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic with all relevant medical details before each treatment. Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic will not be liable for any damage due to the client’s failure to disclose such details.
    • The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these business terms shall exclude or limit Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic’s negligence.
  4. GDPR

We take privacy seriously, and you may request a copy of the information we have recorded about you at any time. You may also request we remove all identifiable information concerning yourself. Of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after ten years. For transparency, the business services we provide are listed, and how each service uses the information, we collect. Beauty-related services: We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is the data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We store notes concerning the services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service, for example, your main skin concern, etc. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us. Depending on the service/s we are providing, we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent before storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders: We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity, but you may opt-out at any time if you want.
  • Appointment ratings and reviews: After visiting us, we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your having received services as consent to undertake this activity, but you may opt-out at any time if you want.
  • Loyalty: We are considering becoming a member of our loyalty program as we consent to send you emails related to the loyalty program, but you may opt-out at any time if you want.
  • Marketing: We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first consenting us. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and the information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for three months) and other special days like Valentine’s day and Christmas. You may opt-out of receiving marketing material at any time.
