Body Contouring

Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing)

Body Contouring

Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis), or ′′Cryo lipo sculpt′′ is a non-invasive fat removal procedure, recontouring the body by freezing away unwanted fat with no surgery or downtime.

The procedure is a technique referred to as ′′selective cryolipolysis′′, which works by controlled cooling of the fat cells. Excess fat on various parts of the body can cause a person a degree of frustration when concerted efforts to follow a healthy lifestyle and stay in shape still leave behind unwanted pinchable pockets to the degree that it makes a noticeable difference.

The Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis) technique involves freezing fat cells, which removes unwanted fatty tissue and uses it as a source of energy, resulting in a more attractive and toned appearance. The procedure works by passing a device over a localised area, lowering the body′s temperature and causing the fat cells to freeze and subsequently die, without affecting the surrounding tissue.

Maximum results will require a series of treatments, as each session only sees up to 10% of the fat cell being destroyed. Since the body takes several months to flush out the dead fat cells, the outcome will become visible after about 8-12 weeks after the treatment.

This innovative technique can eliminate stubborn fat from areas such as love handles, knees, arms, back, abdomen, thighs, and buttocks. Fat freezing can also be included as part of our non-surgical fat reduction packages. The proven results can be noticeable and long-lasting.

It is recommended that treatment sessions are performed 2-3 months apart. However, the treatment area may experience a sensitive period of up to 10 days, post-procedure.
