Am I suitable for hot wax?

Hot wax is good for sensitive areas and where the hair is thicker, such as the upper lip, armpit, and bikini area.

Hot wax is a safe hair removal method when hot wax is correctly applied by a licensed and trained professional. Although Hot wax is a very common procedure, maintaining wax at 41°C or higher is recommended. If the wax is too cold, the wax will be thick and hard it spread. If the wax is too hot, it will be too thin and could even burn you. The correct wax consistency is like liquid honey.
Hot wax is good for strong hair in sensitive areas, such as the bikini. Hot wax does not hurt if safely applied, but sometimes, clients can have some unexpected pain. Hot wax is much better than strip wax for Hollywood, Brazilian, bikini line. It is less painful and more effective. Some slight soreness, small bumps, redness are common and perfectly normal temporary reactions in the first 48 hours, particularly if this is your first wax.
Keep the waxed area clean and avoid heat & friction during the next 24 hours. Then do not take hot baths or showers, no saunas, hot tubs or steam rooms, no tanning, no heavy exercise, and no swimming in chlorinated pools for 24 hours. However, lukewarm showering is fine. Avoid scratching or touching the treated area. Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions, or other products to the area other than those recommended by your therapist.
Waxing should last anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on hair growth, location, and application accuracy. Regular waxing is essential. The skin will be less sensitive if waxing is done regularly.
Waxing makes the skin soft and smooth, whereas shaving leaves rashes and rough skin. The waxing procedure not only removes the hair but also exfoliates the dead skin. Exfoliation of dead skin cells makes the skin soft and smooth. Shaving removes the hair from the surface and makes them blunt.
If any wax residue still stuck to the skin, apply petroleum jelly very gently and clean gauze to wipe it off. Post-depilatories can help as well. Take a soft cloth and dampen it in cool to cold water. Then apply it to the affected area.
